Good morning…

I heard myself say an interesting thing: “I pray that the LORD melts me all the way down, so that I grow really thin and God grows very thick.”

When I am afraid, LORD, thin me out. When I am angry, LORD, thin me out. When I am anxious, LORD, thin me out. Within me, please grow very thick.

Lost people. Lonely people. Hungry people. Hurting people. Greedy people. Grieving people. God leads her through lost loneliness. God heals his hungry hurt. God guides those greedy and those grieving. I, myself, can not.

All-powerful, ever-present Daddy, all people need You not me. So melt me thin as skin, then use my skin to comfort as You lead, You heal, You guide.

He must become greater and greater, and I must become less and less (John 3:30, NLT).

…Sue…
