Good morning…
Stop rushing. Stop “shushing.”
Stop judging. Stop begrudging.
Stop explaining. Stop complaining.
Fire goes out without wood, and quarrels disappear when gossip stops (Proverbs 26:20, NLT).
Stop being angry! Turn from your rage! Do not lose your temper— it only leads to harm (Psalm 37:8, NLT).
The start of an argument is like a water leak— so stop it before real trouble breaks out (Proverbs 17:14, CEV).
Stop worry. Start trusting.
Stop tension. Start breathing.
Stop criticism. Start thanking.
Start with God—the first step in learning is bowing down to God (Proverbs 1:7a, MSG).
Keep vigilant watch over your heart; that’s where life starts. Don’t talk out of both sides of your mouth; avoid careless banter, white lies, and gossip. Keep your eyes straight ahead; ignore all sideshow distractions. Watch your step, and the road will stretch out smooth before you (Proverbs 4:23-27, MSG).
God made my life complete when I placed all the pieces before him. When I got my act together, he gave me a fresh start. Now I’m alert to God’s ways; I don’t take God for granted. Every day I review the ways he works; I try not to miss a trick. I feel put back together, and I’m watching my step. God rewrote the text of my life when I opened the book of my heart to his eyes (Psalm 18:20-24, MSG).
Trust God.
Breathe with God.
Thank God. Here. Now.
