Good morning…
Today, on December 12th, there is no reason my inbox should open to October 12th, but that glitch just happened. So I click again on a life-changing announcement.

Celebrating Beth Jordan
Journal entry by Greg Jordan —
Beth passed away peacefully last night after living eight courageous and inspiring years with brain cancer. Beth was an incredible person, a wonderful wife, mother and friend to all. We continue to be inspired by her love and her bravery, and we are so thankful that she is finally at peace and pain free.
Our Family is humbled by and thankful for all the blessings you gave us during this journey. With no way to say an adequate thank you, we as a family plan to pay it forward through service to others, just as Beth would have done.
Please join us to celebrate and honor Beth’s life at Northside United Methodist Church on Friday, October 20th at 2pm.

Two months have passed since our beloved Beth was birthed back to heaven. Today’s technical God-glitch unleashes more tears. I now remember that I never posted a response to Greg’s CaringBridge message. I just did not have the words. Absolutely no words.
Yet today, with this unexpected nudge, I write a message to the family who loves Beth so well, constantly, continually, beyond the bitter end. “I am thinking of you as a family this Christmas season, knowing that Beth is so deeply missed in your home. Please know that I pray for all of you regularly, trusting God’s healing power to carry you gently, day after day. Lacing my prayers with God’s love, Sue.”
I am so grateful for the gift of this God-glitch.
