The more we pray, talking honestly with God about the challenges of our daily lives, the more we want to pray. Somehow our creative release is met with a peace that passes human understanding and we are empowered to do the next hard thing. When another difficulty presents itself, we find ourselves praying sooner and more passionately, and God again and again provides the peace and power we crave.
Over time, we find ourselves beginning to embody the encouragement of 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (ESV): Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
Many of us ask regularly, “What is God’s will for me?” Through ongoing conversation with our living LORD, we gradually begin to discern God’s answer.
Enjoy daily life.
Establish a habit of unceasing prayer.
Grow a sense of gratitude in all circumstances.
This is My will for your daily life, wrapped in the healing power of My resurrected son.
