Thanks to all of you who have voted daily since August 1st to support the important work of PAWkids in our Atlanta community. Yesterday, I received this awesome announcement.
How exciting!
In our world, there seems to be a growing gap between “the haves”, “the have nots” and “the have yachts”. Our living faith steps into this landscape, spurring us to find creative ways to support the most vulnerable among us. Scripture encourages our commitment to those in need. Real religion, the kind that passes muster before God the Father, is this: Reach out to the homeless and loveless in their plight, and guard against corruption from the godless world (James 1:27, MSG).
$30,000 will go a long way to help the good work being done in the Grove Park neighborhood of our community. The announcement is right. “Your voice makes a difference.” Thanks for speaking up for PAWkids.
