Good morning…
“I was going through the screenshots on my iPad and came across this one from you that I had saved back in April 2023,” a friend texted on Sunday. “I thought it was very good, and it might be something you would want to share again.”
Here is what I had written almost three years ago.

I agree with my friend. This wisdom is worth repeating, as Love is completing the gradual miracle of grief.
Don’t imagine, dear friends, that God’s timetable is the same as ours; as the psalm says, for with the Lord, one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years is like one day. Now the Lord is not slow about enacting His promise—slow is how some people want to characterize it—no, He is not slow but patient and merciful to you… (2 Peter 3:8-9a, VOICE).
