Two days later, I witnessed the moving short movie in person as it was repeated in the worship service on Sunday, April 5th. Our whole family of six honored the request of our maturing kids (then 20, 18, 16, and 14 years old), and attended Passion City that Easter. Now, annually, I like to revisit this massively creative expression of God’s love every Good Friday morning.
Please join me today, as we experience “What’s So Good About Good Friday?”
Now stay focused on Jesus, who designed and perfected our faith. He endured the cross and ignored the shame of that death because He focused on the joy that was set before Him; and now He is seated beside God on the throne, a place of honor (Hebrews 12:2, VOICE).
