Good morning…
“God leads us with cords of human kindness,” says Hosea 11:4. The God Almighty uses people – weak, vulnerable, powerless people – to guide us with reigns made of love. I am reminded of the book bag tag given to each child at church before the start of the school year. Weak, vulnerable, powerless kids can tangibly spread kindness each day.
We adults – weak, vulnerable, powerless adults – are also empowered by God to kindly share love. Recently a friend sent me this simple reading, wondering aloud, “Isn’t this beautiful?”
In a world where pride, greed, control loudly force their own way, small acts of kindness whisper, “This is God’s way. Let’s walk in it.”
Thanks be to God who leads us, wherever we are, on his own triumphant way and makes our knowledge of him spread throughout the world like a lovely perfume! (Ephesians 4:32, AMP).
