hair-ties

Good morning…

Each journal is a hairband, holding “who I am” in place. The rats nest of me is teased out, combed through, then braided loosely with my pen. Morning after morning, silent solitude weaves my strands. Laying prostrate on the page, my growing hairs are held secure. With feelings pulled back from my face, I glimpse God’s saving grace.

Will you join me in this hairband habit to sense God with your own eyes?

God has made us what we are. In Christ Jesus, God made us new people so that we would spend our lives doing the good things he had already planned for us to do (Ephesians 2:10, ERV).
