Lovett-table

Good morning…

“Hi Sue,” from her home in Vancouver, Washington she wrote me after Saturday’s blog, Sow This Love Song. “I loved today’s post. A phrase in the song you posted reminded me of my favorite line in “The End” on the Beatles’ Abbey Road album. Link is here: https://youtu.be/5tvSvjpcBuo Asking if I might share the short link with our online community, she replied, “Of course you can, Sue. I’m so thankful my friend in Atlanta introduced me to your blog! You have channeled so much spiritual grace into my life these past two or more years. Love to you.”

Another longtime friend from Atlanta joined in the chorus: “I remember Andy Stanley saying true ministry takes place in circles rather than rows. A picture of the table. Love the song and the lyrics. What a sweet way for this mom & daughter to communicate through songs. Beautiful!!”

A loyal subscriber who attends the Episcopal Church of St. Philips in Charleston, South Carolina wrote after Saturday’s song: “That was so beautiful and what America needs again! So hopeful! Sending love.” To her encouraging message I replied, “Yes. I adore this song too and the story of mother/daughter love inspiring all of us to form crowded tables wherever we are, bringing God’s love alive from city to city across our globe!”

Might it be true that at the end of each day the love we take is equal to the endless love God makes?

Into whatever corner of this great globe you wake: May God give you more and more mercy, peace, and love (Jude 1:2, NLT).

…Sue…

P.S. Enjoy this rendition of Saturday’s song “Crowded Table” with lyrics embedded.
