Good morning…
“Once in a blue moon someone like you comes along,” Van Morrison sings into our soul.
A friend sent me an article, an article written by Alissa Barry. These are perfect thoughts to ponder as May tips into June.

Once in a blue moon.
Today is a rare celestial event. It’s a blue moon. A full moon twice in one month, which only happens approximately once every two years.
Whether or not you believe in the symbolism of such things, it’s hard to deny that nature is a potent force beyond solely what we can see. Occurrences such as these allow us moments to marvel at the moon, to pause and reflect with intention on the next chapter unfolding in our lives.
I have been feeling an intensity and restless this month, as if this skin I am in is ready to shed.
The message of the blue moon:
Let go of beliefs that no longer serve. Listen to the innovative ideas wanting to be born. Allow the time and space to incubate, cultivate, to manifest these new dreams. Adventures await. Step forward with courage. Trust your intuition.
What is rising to the skies for you?
Try this exercise:
1). What are you ready to release?
2). Where are you ready to expand?
3). How can you step out of your comfort zone, beyond your fear, and move more toward what’s calling you?
If it’s helpful, write it down in a journal or on a piece of paper. Ritualize what you have written by speaking it out loud.
As the month of May comes to a close and summer sits on our doorstep, may this new moon encourage you now more than ever to follow your passion and pursue your dreams.

I ask myself, “What am I ready to release?” Wishes. Worries. Weight.
“Where am I ready to expand?” Forward. Freedom. Forevermore.
“How can I step out of my comfort zone, beyond my fear, and move more toward what’s calling me?” Center me down, Lord. Help me follow your inner voice. Develop in me deep peaceful trust.
I ritualize what I have written by speaking it out loud.
Release.
Expand.
Center me down, Lord.
Help.
Follow.
Develop.
Deep peaceful trust.
Eternal One, once in a blue moon Someone like you comes along…incubating, cultivating, manifesting new dreams.
I get up in the middle of the night to thank you; your decisions are so right, so true—I can’t wait till morning! (Psalm 119:62, MSG).
